Both recalled her doing property management along with the work she does as a Realtor. As I was undecided as to whether I wanted to sell or rent out the SFH I owned I contacted her thinking that she would be able to help me either way. She promptly provided me with comps after visiting the house which helped with the decision to rent. I rented for two years while deployed and away for school and this fall decided to sell. I don't think the house was listed for rent for even a full week before a lease was signed and we had tenants moving in. I credit this to her knowing what to set the rent at, while still giving me a "safety margin" above my mortgage/ins/HOA payments.
