Colorado Peak Real Estate, Inc.

2501 W. Colorado Ave. Suite 110

Beth originally grew up in upstate New York, then spent 8 years in Savannah, GA, from where she relocated to Colorado Springs in 2007. Being a competitive runner, triathlete, and mountain-loving soul, she immediately fell in love with the Pikes Peak area. A 2014 Colorado Springs Business Journal Rising Star alumni (Top 40 Under 40), Beth has put her BFA in Graphic Design with an emphasis on marketing to good work. She has progressed through the local healthcare arena, and into the mortgage industry along with finding a passion for real estate.

Over the past 10 years, Beth and her husband have invested in multiple properties in the Pikes Peak region; they own - and Beth personally manages - 7 vacation-rental properties in Colorado Springs with Superhost status. She loves to be a host to others visiting Colorado Springs and to share her knowledge and recommendations so her guests have the best experiences possible. Throughout their investment journey, Beth has loved everything about real estate and has a unique talent for envisioning the possibilities in a property, personally designing and overseeing remodel work on multiple units. It is because of her own passion for real estate, that she decided to pursue it as a profession to help others in their real estate journey.

When she's not busy managing her properties and developing relationships with clients and partners, Beth is a mom to 2 young human children and 2 dog-children. Prior to her motherhood, Beth was a competitive triathlete, having had the honor of representing Team USA in 2013 (London, UK) and 2017 (Rotterdam, NL) ITU World Championships (Age Group, Olympic Distance). She has volunteered for several local non-profit committees and events, including the American Heart Association (Heart Ball and Go Red for Women) and Silver Key Senior Services (Rockin' the '60s Gala), and is currently an active board member for Pikes Peak Marathon, Inc., where she serves as race director for the Barr Trail Mountain Race.

She firmly believes the key to fulfillment in life is a healthy work-life balance, and she strives to achieve that each day.
